Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel any order and will refund you in full if we do. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email forms the contract.
Dynamic, metal-rate pricing
Most pieces are priced live, against the day's silver or gold rate, plus a transparent making charge and applicable GST.
What this means for you
The price shown at checkout is what you pay. Once your order is confirmed, that price is locked — subsequent rate changes never alter a placed order. Prices may differ from one day to the next before you order.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST as indicated. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Title passes to you on full payment. We're not liable for obvious pricing errors and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Materials & hallmarking
Our pieces are real metal — 925 sterling silver or solid gold of the stated purity — and hallmarked accordingly. Natural variation in metal and gemstones means slight differences between pieces are part of their character, not a defect.
Buyback & returns
Returns follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. Lifetime buyback follows the Buyback policy — paid on net metal weight at the day's rate, excluding making charge and GST.
Intellectual property
All content here — imagery, text, designs, and the En or name and marks — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
