If a piece isn't quite right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all documentation.

What can't be returned

For hygiene and craft reasons, the following are final sale: made-to-order and custom commissions, engraved pieces, resized pieces, and earrings (unless faulty).

Exchanges

Complimentary exchanges for a different size on eligible pieces. Contact us and we'll arrange it.

How to start

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
