Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with the invoice and hallmark certificate.

For hygiene and craft reasons, these are final sale: custom / made-to-order commissions, engraved pieces, resized pieces, and earrings (unless faulty on arrival).

This doesn't affect your statutory rights if an item is defective.

Complimentary size exchanges on eligible pieces — we cover the remake where the design allows. For a different design, we'll process a return and a fresh order.

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days and we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost, including shipping both ways.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full amount you paid, inclusive of GST. Original shipping, where charged, is non-refundable except on faulty items.
