In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order commissions are crafted over 3–5 weeks; we keep you posted at each stage.

Complimentary insured shipping on all orders. Express is available at checkout for a flat fee.

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also track your order any time with your order number and email.

Prices update with the daily metal rate, so the amount you pay is the amount shown at the moment you check out. Once your order is placed, your price is locked — later rate movements don't change it.
